Zimbali to Grow with a R1.65 Investment
International Financial Advisors (IFA), the Kuwaiti company
which owns half of Zimbali north of Durban, is to increase
its investment in the resort by R1.65 billion. They will be
building a hotel, golf course, and hundreds of new flats
plus 11 beachfront villas.
IFA has signed an agreement with the prestigious US-based
Fairmont Hotels group to manage the hotel and properties at
Zimbali.
