Steaming into Indaba on the Shongololo Express CharterSHONGOLOLO Express has been chartered by Durban Tourism to
take a number of South African VIP guests, as well as a
group of international buyers, on board its Heritage Train
to attend this year’s Indaba, reports Natalia Thomson
of
Travel News Now.
The private charter will depart from Nasrec, near
Johannesburg, in the early evening followed by a gourmet
dinner on board and an overnight journey to Durban for the
exhibition.
Shongololo Express has recently built a new kitchen, dining
and bar carriages on its Heritage Train and Durban
Tourism’s on-board guests will therefore be the first
to
enjoy these facilities.
Even if you are not amongst those travelling to Durban on
the Shongololo Express, this year's Indaba promises to be
an enormous, well-run
affair, even more spectacular than in previous years. There
are already 1646 exhibitors registered as well as 3812
delegates and 399 media personnel, both national and
international. Durban is set to dazzle
the tourism trade once more with this tourism trade show,
soon to be one of the top three such tourism trade shows in
the world.
Be prepared to be amazed at the opportunities, attractions
and vitality at this year's Indaba in the Zulu Kingdom. If
tourism is your business, you cannot afford to miss it!
