The province provides for sea-lovers with its boat charter operations, giving visitors an opportunity to sail the wild ocean, pit their fishing skills against the creatures of the deep, or just cruise the harbours sipping champagne at sundown. Some charters teach land-lubbers the art of sailing, while other concentrate on getting out to the sapphire depths in the hopes of coming into close contact with a dolphin or even a whale.
